Tortuga's annual Creative Arts Fair starts on Friday this year to coincide with Albuquerque's ArtScrawl. Hours are:
- 5pm- 9 pm Friday December 2
- 11 am- 6pm Saturday December 3
- 11 am - 5pm Sunday December 4
Featuring the work of 20+ local artists including paintings, jewelry and clothing- all handmade items.
